This is the peace that Baroness Kasha and Baron Ermenrich, and the witan of all the Barony of Cynnabar, and all the people that are in Cynnabar, have all ordained and with oaths confirmed, for themselves and for their descendants, as well for born as for unborn, who reck of the King and Queen’s mercy or of Ours.

Concerning Kestral Altara von Barton: Having been for many years a faithful friend of Our people, She is herewith named to Our Order of Saint Barbara of Cynnabar and shall held accordingly in great esteem among Our people. And We all ordain on this day that the oaths are sworn that if she have traffic with Us or We with her, with cattle and with goods, it shall be done in pledge of peace.

Let none countermand Our words.
