Per the requirements of the SCA, Inc. baronies must publish a newsletter at least quarterly.

To this end the Chronicler produces The Citadel, the official newsletter of the Barony of Cynnabar.  Issues are timed to coincide with the required reporting schedule for Chroniclers: April 1, July 1, October 1, January 1.
