True things, fit for human ear,
Are sweet and amiable to hear.
Therefore, We would set Our will
As well as wit its place can fill
To put in words Our true decree
Lest it be lost to memory.
It's true that she should well have prize
Who all her life is bold and wise
And serves without a mite amiss
And is devoid of cowardice,
As Kay of Tre Asterium proves,
Whose worth no force on earth removes.
On her Ermenrich and Kasha bestow
Our Award of the Elephant's Heart to show
Regard for her throughout Our land:
Let none these edicts countermand.
