The Baron and Baroness of Cynnabar order:
To the officials of Cynnabar.
Concerning a recipient of Our Award of the Elephant's Heart:
Tachibana no Tomoe.

The relative merits of the aforesaid person have been
investigated and judged, and reports of her worth have
been found justified. She shall forthwith be granted this
award. It is so commanded.

Baronial officials shall take note, and shall not be remiss.
Wherefore, this order.

Let none countermand Our words.
