Award of the Tower's Foundation
Awarded to Arina de Tränetorp (modernly known as Ann Asplund)
By the Barony of Cynnabar on 2015-01-03
In honor of Arina de Träntorp stand these words,
and Ermenrich and Kasha colored them,
the givers of gold,
in honor of their generous and accomplished daughter.
We say the folktale to the young men and women,
which the war-booties won,
which twelve times were taken as war-booty,
in victory and defeat with various enemies.
We say this the second,
that she in the three generations of Our forebears
gave her life for Our people
and served them with much sacrifice:
Arina the beneficent,
whose white arms work tirelessly
for the comfort and edification of all.
We say this the third,
where all shall hear it spoken,
where the shadows of kings lie.
Now she stands tall
in the eyes of all who seek hospitality,
in the minds of all whose hands craft wonders,
word fame undying,
the pride of Cynnabar.
Now We say the tale in full: How We,
Blond-Browed Ringbreaker, Hard-bitten battle herald,
Ermenrich Baron of Cynnabar,
and Swan-White mother of warriors,
Kasha, Baroness of Cynnabar,
show Mind's Worth of Arina de Träntorp
and bid her stand acknowledged before all
as a recipient of the Award of the Tower's Foundation.
Let none countermand Our words.
