Rejoice, faithful vassal from the land of Russia, who gives aid to them who dwell near to you in unity and love.

Rejoice, Gavriil Petrovich, wise in youth. Appearing in kindness immutable, you have ever driven away the darkness.

Rejoice, you who have won an unslumbering eye, you blessed one who has received in your heart the zeal to fulfil your true purpose. You refresh our hearts, driving out pain and weariness. We shall therefore recite your praise.

For these same services and others of equal nobility and merit do We, Ermenrich, Baron of Cynnabar, and Kasha, Baroness of Cynnabar, grant to Gavriil Petrovich Our Award of the Tower’s Foundation.

Let none countermand Our words.
