Award of the Tower's Foundation
Awarded to Straum von Bairzog (modernly known as Dave Ross)
By the Barony of Cynnabar on 2015-12-12
To praise without end, at all times and places, is the custom of many. Yet praise should be meet and measured, that it be ready at hand when the need arises.
Meet it is We should praise our peaceful shield from hardship, noble of birth, rich in honors, of a figure that towers over his boon companions, truthful and modest in words, good and cheerful in company. The chance of finding a good, true, constant friend is almost as great on this Earth as that of grasping a light-beam. Words are too weak to tell of all his honor and virtue: You who listen, you know this yourselves.
Thus with meet and measured praise We, Ermenrich and Kasha, Baron and Baroness, grant unto Straum von Bairzog Our Award of the Tower's Foundation, that all may know of his boundless service to Our people. Let none countermand Our words.
Now depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and hold on to it with constancy!
